- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and design development phases of landscape projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, urban planners, and other stakeholders, to integrate landscape design with the overall project vision.

- Provide strategic input in project selection and proposal development, showcasing innovative design ideas and solutions.

Design Expertise :

- Create compelling and comprehensive landscape design concepts, incorporating elements such as hardscapes, plantings, water features, lighting, and sustainable design practices.

- Develop detailed landscape plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents using industry-standard software.

- Demonstrate a keen understanding of environmental factors, site context, and cultural considerations to ensure designs are contextually appropriate and sensitive.

Project Management :

- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects from initial design through construction and project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with contractors and sub-consultants to monitor construction progress, review shop drawings, and address on-site design challenges.ole & responsibilities

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

- Minimum of 03years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a significant portfolio of successful projects.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental considerations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Project management experience, including overseeing multiple projects simultaneously

- Candidates with exposure to highrise building and villas be preferred
