5 Axis CAD/CAM Engineer & Supervisor (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Draft furniture in 3D CAD
2. Make labelled drafts with instructions for carpenters
3. Plan quantities & Supervise cutting, sanding and assembly of parts
4. Nest parts in sheets
5. Define work co-ordinate system and set the same on the machine
6. Make a program in 3D CAM with toolpaths
7. Simulate the programs using the machine post processor
8. Operate the machine to run the program
9. Balance production lines
10. Ensure quality control
11. Assist in all Production activities
