AADYAH Aerospace - Mechanical Design Engineer (4-10 yrs)
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Purpose: The incumbent will lead junior mechanical engineers and also put to work his expertise in the domain knowledge in the project implementation and technological advancement in design, test and integration and new product development
Key Result Area :
- Completion of projects within the cost and timeline
- Work allocation to team members Ensuring project deliverables, schedule & cost compliance
- Preparation of product definitions and specifications.
- Participate in mechanical product design including product specifications, material selection, CAD design, and detailed product drawings.
- Design, implement and test new products to achieve desired features and specifications.
- Document designs for product support and efficient development of successive product generations.
- .Interface effectively with sales and customers to ensure implementation success.
Qualification & Experience :
BTech - Mechanical with 3-8+ Years' or MTech in CAD/CAM or Machine design with 4-6 years with incremental technical and project leadership responsibilities in designing Aerospace /defense systems and mechanisms or precision electro mechanical systems or automotive components or machinery.
Skill set :
- Technical skill and knowledge of mechanical engineering, including mechanism and thermal engineering.
- Strong Solidworks 3D design background / proficiency
- Design calculations,
- Reliability analysis,
- GD & T
- Finite element modelling,
- Thermal - linear, nonlinear, transient analysis, Static, dynamic, structural, and vibrational analysis
- Ansys, Icepak, Ansys workbench
