Job Type : Full-time

Experience : 8+ Years(From Plastic Injection Molding Auto Component Manufacturing) Pune

Requirement :

- Creates/maintains product quality documentation system by writing & updating quality assurance policies & procedures & government requirements.

- Prepares product & process quality reports by collecting, analysing, & summarizing information.

- Achieves financial objectives by preparing the QA budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, & initiating corrective actions.

- Formulate timely reports & documentation to track progress.

- Make documentation of internal audits & quality assurance activities.

- Track, monitor customer complaints 


- - Analyse the data &identify the areas for improvements.

- Establishes quality & reliability standards by studying product & consumer requirements with other members of management & with production operators, technicians, & engineers.

- QA knowledge of tools & methodologies, 7 QC Tools, etc.

- Certification programs in Six Sigma, Quality Improvement associate, QA internal auditor

- Experience in the review and acceptance of material certification to ensure compliance

- Implementation of SPC / MSA / TPM / Poka Yoke / Kaizens. Well versed with Lean Manufacturing / 3M /OEE. Well versed with ISO / TS: 16949.

- Substantial experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control role

- Lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customers- expectations, managing teams and projects across the Company.

- Develops and implements quality frameworks and management system in all processes and ensure regular updating of the same.

- Drives overall strategies to achieve to meet the customer OTIF. 


- Develops policies and procedures for product Quality Assurance Customer Orientation. 


- Drives Root Cause Analysis in the company for all processes to take corrective actions 


- Defines the specifications of the products as per the expectations of the customers defined in the scope.

- Makes final decision for non-conforming materials.

- Analyze customer issues & escalations (repeated) to identify the root-cause, create and implement the CAPA for the same Trains all company personnel in the documented Quality policies.

- Capex & Fixed Assets Management

- Audits, Internal Controls & Compliance Management

- Preparing and reviewing yearly cost centre budget and uploading same in SAP.

- Calculating and reporting weekly and monthly manufacturing variance to India plant head, controller finance India and Overseas

- Preparation of a business case for launching new products in the market by closing working with national marketing head and APAC marketing manager.

- Calculation of Standard cost of products manufactured in India plant as per yearly budget

Qualifications: BE Mechanical/Plastic Engineering.

CTC : Up to 10 LPA
