- Maintenance of centrally A/C plant &Domestic Air conditioning System.
- Operation and Maintenance of AHU, FCU, TFA, and Air Washer.
- Operation of Maintenance Boiler Set.
- Monitoring of Energy Saving.
- Electrical (Operation Change over & Maintenance )
- Handling of Fire Fighting System
- Servicing & repairing of Window & Split ACs for one year as a curriculum activity.
- Mini Bar Electrical Motors Operation and Maintenance Looking After Room Complaints and Cooling Tower Maintenance
- Window & split AC system
- Chiller plant Water cooled & air cooled.
