ACO Technology Centre - Design Engineer - New Product Development (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Project Understanding, Estimation, Work Allotment and Workflow definition to convert legacy conversion and on-time delivery to customer with zero defects as per requirement.
- Project migration carried out for different customers with different entities as per requirement.
- Check for a Models, Assembly and Drawings done by team for different customers of different entities and delivery at right time.
- Ensure customers escalation are resolved within limited period time.
- Providing or assisting training to the team.
- Assist design team for quality deliverables to customer.

- Ability to drive initiatives effectively across the organization
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- Quick learner & demonstrates ability to handle tough Customer situations
- Ability to analyze any kind of data & infer to fix the Quality problems with a focus for continual improvement
- Overall experience of 3-6 years.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Production Engineering (from top engineering colleges)
- Post-Graduation in M.E/M.Tech (Product Design, Tool) Preferred.
- Good in Solidworks, PDM Tools, GD&T and Stack-up Analysis.
- Knowledge in best practice of modelling, TC/CA Link, inventor/Pro- E.
- Aware of process of Cast Iron, Sheet-Metal, Plastics.
- Good to know Manufacturing process and process planning.
- Experience in Concept Design and New product development.
- Project Management certification is preferred.
- Excellent academic & professional track record
