- Significant experience in Factory management, preferably in the packaging industry or a related field, is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and developing effective sales strategies

- Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure individual and collective success.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the packaging industry, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging market.

- Online quality control of all material grades blown films (BFL).

- Online quality control of solventless & solvent base flexible lamination.

- Online quality control of printing, slitting & flexible pouching process.

- Online quality control of injection molded components.

- Maintaining records at all quality control stages like receiving, inprocess & final inspection.

- Understand customer standard requirements & specifications.

- Well known about handling of quality equipment's like-UTM, opacity tester, Core compressive tester, corrugated sheet burst tester, FDI, OD Tester,COF tester,MFI tester,scuff tester,heat sealer,thickness tester,pouch leak tester,pouch compression tester,puncture resistance tester,tear tester,gelbo flex tester,pantone booth,dyne solution preparation,etc.

- Well known about flexible packaging raw materials,packing material & their quality control.

- Well known about GMP & 5S.

- Knowledge of basic ISO documents.
