Position : Manager Structural Design (Residential & Commercial projects)

Job Purpose : Manage and drive all structural engineering activities related to all the projects through consultants and project teams to ensure structural stability and build sustainable and cost-effective buildings

Job Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : Structural Engineering

Reporting to : AVP Operations Head

Role Challenges:

With huge cost pressures, its a challenge to ensure that the proposed structural system is delivered within the allocated budget

The role needs to deal with last minute Unexpected/Unforeseen requirement that need to be accommodated without impacting the quality/timeline

Any change impacts multiple internal stakeholders and alignment of these is a challenge

Please below the JD in brief for your ready reference:-

1. Help & Support gather all requisite information and support negotiate with the chosen consultants to finalise structural consultant for the project

2.Work jointly with the structural consultants to get all the design on time to be able to issue Tender package as per the project tracker

3.Collaborate with the Value Engineering consultant and continuously explore technical advances to do VE and reduce the cost of construction

4.To equip & support Construction team to adhere to site progress as per the schedule & quality as per the agreed standards

5.Support and periodically update Product and Process Standards and systems for managing work to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

6.Support network with Industry professionals and keeping updates of ongoing development trends to create database for knowledge management for the organization
