Admin Executive (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Knowledge of day-to-day functioning of office operations.
- Candidate should be able to handle all vendors related to office supplies I.e. Housekeeping, Pantry supplies, and office General Supplies.
- Also to be able to handle Security Guards & Housekeeping Staff.
- Candidate should be able to manage/upkeep office assets inventory i.e. Computer Systems & laptops & their allotment to employees.
- Coordination between various departments for smooth functioning.
- Will be responsible for all day affairs of office Functioning, Routine Purchases, Upkeep of office & managing HK & Security.
