Job Summary:

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations, facility management, and support services to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the manufacturing unit. The role involves coordinating between departments, managing vendor relations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise general administrative functions including housekeeping, security, transport, and office maintenance.

- Oversee facility management - utilities, infrastructure, canteen, and company accommodation (if applicable).

- Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and ensure cost-effective procurement of admin-related supplies.

- Coordinate employee transportation and travel arrangements.

- Handle statutory compliance related to labour laws, fire safety, ESI, PF, and factory act (in coordination with HR).

- Monitor attendance systems, visitor management, and access control.

- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of administrative activities.

- Liaise with government departments and local authorities as required.

- Support management in organizing meetings, company events, audits, and inspections.

- Implement safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across the premises.

- Prepare and manage the admin budget, track expenses, and optimize resources.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements for factories.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

- Problem-solving attitude with high attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
