Admin Manager for a well known Broking House

Location- Kanjurmarg - Mumbai

Exp : Min 5 years

Salary : Hike on current CTC

Duties :

- Handling Admin helpdesk at HO and also looking after PAN India Shop & Establisment Licenses also communicating with Shops Inspector who give visit to our Branches.

- Perform overall quality control of the project (budget, schedule, plans, personnels performance) and report regularly on project status.

- Search for property for new branches and complete their legal process by following up with legal team. Follow up with vendor for BOQ.BOQ validation as per the layout & Site requirement. Follow up with vendor for execution of project

- Check for all facility related issue security guard, housekeeping services and electrician.Purchase plumbing electrical and carpentry material at site.

- Manage overall dispatch activity, check and authorise courier bills for payments.

- Entry of outdoor boys vouchers in Hercules system for payments.

- PAN India branches, OTA's and HO's stationery and visiting card request is taken care. Process involves approval on Hercules, Process as per Vendor requirement and final follow-up with user post delivery of requirement.

- Shop & establishment licensing for PAN India Branches, OTA- s, HO's and other Sharekhan Group Companies.
