Admin Manager - Security/Housekeeping/Cafeteria (5-9 yrs)
- Facility Management - Security, Housekeeping, Cafeteria, AC, Electric Systems, Interiors, Carpenter, Telephone etc.
- procurement of Office Stationery
- Coordinate & Negotiate with various vendors for service, AMCs
- Handling Housekeeping
- Monitor the budget for all Admin and Travel variance in the cost by analyzing alternatives
- Handling CEO's calendar & meetings.
- Attending all his calls in his absence
- Arranging conference and Meetings
- Making the travel vouchers as and when required.
- Arranging the travel & hotel for CEO.
- Providing secretarial assistance as and when required.
Graduate with atleast 5 yrs of exp in Admin from Good MNC industry only
