Redefin - Administration Manager (2-5 yrs)
To manage and monitor all administration activities at HO and all Sites
- Must have in-depth knowledge of regulatory framework i.e. statutory compliance related to HO and sites
- Must have knowledge of sites labour compliance
- To manage all the vendors related to AMC's at HO and overview site AMC- s
- To monitor and ensure all the stationary supplies are smoothly done at HO and Sites
- Ensuring Insurance Renewals & Endorsements related to Employees like Group Accident Policy & Medical Insurance for Company / Site Insurances.
- Monitor admin budget and cost at HO and sites
- To manage all housekeeping agencies at HO and sites
- To ensure all the payments related to vendors, consultants and housekeeping agencies release on time and to file all documents related to agreement of these vendors
- To handle employee engagement activities at HO and sites
- To manage HO and Site related accident cases
- Must be good in public relations with local authorities and government authorities
- Able to manage team at HO and Sites
