Administrative Assistant - B2B Printing & Packaging (1-4 yrs)

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing general administrative support, answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel.
What you will do :
- Maintaining performa invoice and sales order
- Maintaining Purchase order
- Coordinating outsourced job from different service provider
- Attending meetings, taking detailed notes and providing general administrative support as needed
- Providing support in enquiries to different vendors for status of their jobs
- Vendor management and all other admin related work
What you need to have :
- Need to be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information.
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
- Good with filling, maintaining POs for both vendors and clients
- Basic knowledge of HR to complete formalities of ESIC and PF ( when applicable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be preferably from industry of packaging/ containers
- Good experience in maintaining invoices
