About the role:
We are in search of a Mechanical Engineer to be based in our Mohali office. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization, where you will conceptualize, design, build and test electro-mechanical components, advancing them through different stages of product launch. The ideal candidate should have experience in CAD modeling, designing mechanical systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and exposure to our esteemed clients across multiple geographies.

What you will be doing:
- Design and develop mechanical components using CAD software like Creo/SolidWorks.
- Work with different materials (metals, plastics, ceramics) to optimize mechanical designs.
- Perform structural, thermal, and stress analysis to ensure product reliability.
- Assist in prototype development and validation testing.
- Document designs, technical reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards (GD&T, SEMI).
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-effective manufacturing.
About You:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years in mechanical design and analysis.
- Semiconductor experience is preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Creo/SolidWorks), FEA analysis, and GD&T principles.
- Strong analytical skills, experimental, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with manufacturing engineers
