AGM - API Manufacturing (20-27 yrs)
Job Description:
- To assist Plant Head to achieve production targets with consistent yield and desired quality.
- To participate and scale up of new products.
- Corrective action plans related to internal and external audits.
- Trouble shooting in the plant.
- To minimise OOS.
- To run the plant as per production planning .
- Review completed Batch production and in process quality control records of critical process steps of the API manufacturing.
- Ensuring to avoid delays during production.
- Ensures all production activity are performed as per SOPs.
- Ensures transfer of finished goods & Intermediates to stores in time.
- To minimise the breakdowns & handle the breakdowns effectively.
