AGM - Civil Design (15-20 yrs)
- Prepare detailed Engineering plans and schedules for each Tenders/LOI
- Study the technical part of Tender Document and understand the technical specifications/customer requirements.
- Perform basic Engineering during pre tender stage.
- Detailed engineering after award of contract.
- Study drawings of suppliers of new item or technology/attend supplier meetings/presentations.
- Assist procurement team in selection of suppliers wherever help is sought.
- Monitor the progress of basic/detailed design activities outsourced and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Review preparation of pre-engineering estimates at the time of tendering (Rough Cut BOQ)
- Submit Design & Drawings to Head - Design & Engineering. And coordinate for his approval.
- Monitor SLA's for consultants/Design & Engineering.
- Engineers to ensure compliance in terms of quality, quantity and timelines.
- Continuously update himself / herself as well as the team with the latest happening in the industry.
