Job Description

- Responsible for successful Delivery of all civil aspects of the project.

- Managing the resources and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved.

- Technical evaluation of listed third party sub-contracting work.

- Developing standards and procedures and ensuring team members should follow the same.

- Selection and shortlisting of candidates for project requirements, taking interviews and their evaluations.

- Control the quality and the consistency of the results of design.

- Improve the methodology with new methods of development.

- To ensure that all the team members should follow company quality objectives, procedures and ISO documents.

- Overall supervision of department activities and inter departmental co-ordination

- To ensure the completion of the department task.

- Conduct departmental meetings

- Approval of output documents/ drawings of the department.

- Responsible for preparation of civil department's ISO procedures & maintaining the quality records on time-to-time basis.

- Technical skills and ability to use design concepts and its implementation in projects.

- Problem solving skills and creative thinking and practical approach.

- Organisation and time management skills.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in Design and Detailed Engineering of Industrial, FMCG, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals and Oil & Gas industries

- Minimum 15 years of experience with the ability to manage and develop your teams for further growth.

- Direct and proven experience from leading complex projects of diverse industries for FEED, EPCM, LSTK projects.

- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of implementing design strategies and value engineering to the benefit of the business/ clients.

- Strong understanding Earthquake engineering.

- Strong understanding of Soil dynamics and Dynamic analysis of Structures.

- Educational background with Bachelor of Civil Engineering
