AGM - Design Engineering (15-20 yrs)
1. Responsible for the concept of Front Subframe, Rear Axle, Lower Centre Arm, Pedal Box, Frames & Fuel Tank & New Addition.
2. Responsible for the 3D data preparation with the support of designers.
3. Responsible for validating the performance of 3D data by cooperating FEA Manager.
4. Responsible for the deciding the Material and process.
5. Responsible for compiling the drawing, 3D data and FEA result and getting the approval from customer.
6. Responsible the ordering for the prototype and monitoring the process status.
7. Responsible for getting the Bench test from Testing department by submitting the prototype.
8. Responsible for drawing management including the design change.
9. Responsible for planning the Benchmark for the products.
10. Single window person for the customers related to R&D department.
11. Support to the R&D Head.
