Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Conceptualizing, designing and developing designs in coordination with all relevant stake holders

- Plan, design, manage, and review construction, development, or manipulation of the physical environment for practical, aesthetic, religious, or creative objectives for all projects of Akshaya

- Assess designs proposed by Architectural firms/design professionals and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on the quality

- Keep a track of various stages in interior drawings and coordination

- Coordinate with Site construction team, Design & Municipal Architect along with Structural Engineer and other consultants for smooth, uninterrupted, and continuous pace of work

- Work closely with the Architects ( Design and Interior) and keep a track of various stages in design drawing

- Propose feasible and value adding changes for Building Structures during design development stages

- Design buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations

- Identify the critical design items at each stage and manage the design teams in proposing efficient solutions

- GFC drawing clearance and projects

- Change of material /fixture selection

- Responsible for Product finish, styling and look & feel

- Structural customization of customers- requirements

- Compliance study of the proposed Architectural design and as per current norms & rules of the State

- Create right ambience, and create mockups, model houses, structures

- Customization for all verticals and signage brandings

- Obtaining information from external Architects/Architectural firms

- Monitor and track latest trend and concepts, products, materials and supplies available in the market

- Conduct required design and constructability checks as per the schedule

- Arrange and participate in internal and external client/agencies/vendor debriefs

- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required

- Periodic reporting to Management

- Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
