Job profile:

Responsibilities: The candidate shall be broadly shall be contributing in below areas during his/her employment:

Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution/delivery of the same

- Tendering, member of Techno-commercial negotiations team, ordering

- Coordination for Conceptualizing and designing new projects for civil, Interiors, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical etc. complete features

- Liaising with consultants, contractors, team members & other officials for ensuring effectiveness of site activities

- Reviewing & analyzing tender documents, engineering drawings and scope of work provided by the Arch. / consultants

- Leading the overall business operations in order to meet the defined targets in terms of production, resource utilization and budgets while monitoring appropriation of CAPEX/ OPEX

- Monitoring activities of Site Engineers supervisors/ Foremen dealing with the execution of site works in accordance with the approved drawings / Procedures and standard engineering practice

- Negotiation with vendor & supplier to reduce cost

- Monitoring of cost involve in project & find the cost reduction area
