Qualification and Experience :

- B.E./M.E (Mechanical/ Electrical) having 10 to 15 years experience in design and development of Hybrid Power transmission

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Detailed design, product engineering, specification preparation and system analysis of Hybrid Power transmission system

- Complete systems design, integration, vehicle build of parallel, power-split and series configurations

- Provide technical support for installation, implementation of Hybrid systems

- Planning for future Capital expenditures and financing including Provide support and technical guidance on engineering, procurement for a well-functioning hybrid solution.

- Provide guidance on Technologies involved in the hybrid power train system installation process.

- Develop standard cost effective reliable operation for hybrid power system

Skills/Experience required :

- Strong understanding of power-train and hybrid power-train architecture definition and comprehensive vehicle modelling, system specification, design, safety analysis.

- Control algorithm understanding and knowledge of driveline simulation and controls

- Working knowledge of the product development and product delivery process from requirement capture through to design validation of hybrid systems.

- Provide guidance on Technologies involved in the hybrid power system installation process.

- Experience of system integration's, design and development.

- Knowledge of software and software development will be added advantage.
