AGM/DGM - Interior Design (8-12 yrs)

Our Client has two businesses, it is a boutique branded real estate developer focused on delivering world-class product and warm customer service. Founded six years ago, on the sole thesis that real estate needed to be done differently in India. Their business plan is a simple - 2x2- double in size every two years.

They are looking to Senior Interior Design Professional to lead its residential projects in NCR.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Develop Interior design brief and supervise the design process with international and local consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscaping, Interior, etc.)

- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional interior design

- Drive the internal coordination with different departments (Architecture, Construction, MEP) to ensure alignment on the project design, cost, time, etc.

- Work closely with the construction team to ensure that design intent is being executed on the ground

Requirements :

- Bachelors in Architecture with 8-10 years of experience in designing interiors of high end villas/residential projects

- Prior experience of working with the best developer or interior design firms is INTERIORS IS A MUST

- Experience of overseeing and delivering project start to end is a must

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
