AGM/DGM - Mechanical Maintenance - HEMM (12-18 yrs)
Few pointers helpful for screening is as follows :
REQUIREMENT :
A) Marathi speaking / Maharashtrian (PREFERABLE but not mandatory) - (Please do mention & highlight in your resume, if applicable).
B) Has exposure to HEMM equipment like Tata Hitachi ZX670/ZX870//EX1200/ Komatsu HD 785, CAT 777D, CAT 773E, Komatsu WA 900, SDLG 958L, CAT 950H, CAT D10T, Komatsu D375A, Komatsu GD705A/ GD511A.
C) Profile will be shortlisted on the above basis
JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative only) :
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating Repair, Overhaul and Maintenance of HEMM Equipment, HMV and LMV.
- Responsible for enhancing equipment and manpower productivity, ensuring all maintenance [Breakdown and Preventive] is carried out as per schedule, optimizing cost of service, ensuring safety and environment standards including DGMS, OSHAS, PCB and ISO 14001.
- Responsible for HEMM Equipment, HMV and LMV upgradation projects as per the schedule coordinating with the agencies involved.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of outsourced contracted crew through Shift Incharge.
- Service Targets Achieved (Breakdown & Preventive).
- Quality of the Serviced Equipment/ Vehicle ensured.
- Team Leadership.
- Maintenance Task Planning and Execution.
- Capacity Availability/Utilization.
- Cost of Service.
- Spares, Consumables and Tools Availability.
- Safety at Work.
- Statutory Compliance [DGMS, OSHAS, PCB, ISO 14001].
- Efficient Service and Continuous Improvement.
- Train and Develop Skilled Workforce.
- Flexible assignments, as needed.
Financial : Recommends the spares requisitions reviewed by Maintenance Shift Incharges.
Managerial :
- Performs the role of Head - P and M in his absence, whenever assigned.
- Approves subordinates- leave requests, sets goals, apprises their performance and participates in job interview
- Propose, suggest, and assign department targets.
- Recommends process improvements in other job functions, thereby improving overall process
Others :
- Reviews, maintains and enforces company policies at Department level
- Responds to safety incidents in consultation with Head-P and M, Project Head and Head - Technical
Education : Degree or Diploma in Mechanical
Experience : Min. 12+ Years
