AGM/DGM - Packaging Development - FMCG (15-18 yrs)
Position - AGM/DGM-Packaging development
Need candidates from good FMCG companies with extreme packaging development experience.
Manage Packaging development activities for changes to on-market products and new product development projects
To lead the team for any packing-process related issues at the facility.
Identifying and implementing potential packing-process improvements in conjunction with Production Packing operations.
Review and prepare database for packaging related specifications, Standard Testing Procedure, Standard operating procedures from Originating manufacturing site.
Identify vendors for primary and secondary packaging materials, packaging machinery, change parts for new products. Perform qualification testing associated with approving these vendors.
