AGM/DGM - Planning - Real Estate Projects (8-16 yrs)
We are looking for candidates with good pedigree in the area of Project Planning. The candidate should Have relevant experience in managing High Rise Residential building/Township/Commercial Projects.
Job Description :
- Evaluating and planning various stages of project Life Cycle like Design, Procurement, Shop Drawings and Construction & Close Out sequence and generate OBS & WBS
- Monitoring and tracking of schedules
- Coordinate with all stake holders throughout project life cycle
- Preparation of baseline Master Construction Program (BMCP).
- Preparation of Micro Construction Program (MCP) of all trades.
- Implement Project Control System.
- Collating, analysing & interpreting data with major focus on achievement of targets & productivities and regularly keep posted the top management by ways of MIS.
- Preparing preliminary estimates for planning purpose and Detailed Project Budget with comprehensive itemize costing and monitoring monthly plan/achievement budgets with actual.
- Preparation of Project Cash flows and monitoring and tracking on monthly basis
- Demonstration of project performance to top management.
- Development and implementation of Project Management systems.
- Identifying of Project risk and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge in latest construction methodologies, its management & Systems in compliance with international quality standards.
