Business Division: Agro chemicals

- Heading the scale-up and tech transfer division

- Establishing Systems & best Practises in the industry for the division

- Technology transfer of newly developed process from R&D to kilo lab, then to piloting (various sites of company across the globe). 

- Identifying suitable tollers based on technical inspection for assessing the suitability of tollers. 

- Preparation of basic engineering design packages i.e. PFD, P&ID, Heat and Mass balances, Effluent load calculations, Utility/process equipment and instrument data sheets. 

- Capacity planning for the commercial products especially for India specific projects. 

- Performing HAZOP review and Risk analysis for the products. 

- Mass / Energy balance studies for the various products. 

- Expertise in use of software and statistical tools for process modelling and optimization. 

- Knowledge of calorimetric studies. 

- Preparation of trend analysis of various tests, trials and experiments to arrive logical conclusions. 

- Knowledge of quality control systems; Interpretation of HPLC, GC data. 

- Flexible in working with cross functional Teams. 

- Preparation of weekly/monthly and campaign reports for the work carried out. Note:

- Extensive travelling to toller sites is required for this position.
