AGM/DGM - Project Management - Green/Brownfield - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Job role :
Responsible for End to End Greenfield and Brownfield projects
Continual improvement Projects, Energy & Cost Saving Projects
Change management, capability building, man management, planning, budgeting, cost management, energy conservation, EHS, and liaison with regulatory authorities
Responsible for driving Facility support, Costing Savings and continuous improvement projects at each of the stage of diagnostics, project prioritization, endorsement from leadership team, team engagement, training and usage of Lean Sigma principles, financial validation of savings
CAPEX responsibility for transformational improvement at site
Responsible for ontime site deliverables
Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Management
Reporting to Associate Director ( Manufacturing Operations ).
Candidate Requirement :
- BE / BTECH, Post-graduation ME / MTech ( will be an added advantage)
- From - Manufacturing / Process Industries Only ( Open industry )
- Candidates willing to relocate can apply
- Candidates working in Engg. Consultant Cos, can also apply
- Should have solid experience in various projects, shorterm / longterm
