Job Description :
Eligibility : Male candidate with experience of more than 20 years in sewing thread manufacturing industry.
Academic qualification: : M.Tech (Textile Technology) Or M.Tech(Fibre science)
Job Title : AGM/DGM
Reporting To : Manufacturing Head/Head of Operations
Positions Reporting To The Job : Worker/Supervisors/Officers
Job Location : Kanpur
Job Purpose : Responsible for Quality assurance, new product development & MR office
CTC : Maximum INR 25.00 LPA or 30% hike present CTC
KRA Measurement :
- Preparation of production process Reporting to GM - operation for process abnormalities& resolve the abnormalities
- Follow up of development samples To assure that samples of spun material should be delivered with 72 hours and samples of filament material should be delivered within 96 hours.
- Resolving the customer problem & implementation of preventive action.
- Chalk out concrete plan to resolve the problem by effective actions.
- Ensure the quality of incoming raw material and Packing material.
- Analysis of raw material & coordination with purchase & production department.
Responsibilities :
- Reduction of customer complaint by ensuring disciplined process flow and ensuring SOP adherence.
- Implementation of process flow in production process.
- Follow up of development samples
- New Process/product development
- GRN of raw material.
- Handling of customer complaint.
