- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in CAE design and simulation, specifically in gear and transmission systems.

- Hands-on expertise in Romax Software, KISS Software, and UG NX for gear and transmission design and analysis.

- Proven experience leading teams and managing design projects.

- Strong background in automotive or industrial gear design and transmission systems.

- In-depth knowledge of gear and transmission design principles.

- Proficient in CAE simulation tools and techniques for gear systems (stress, vibration, durability analysis).

- Familiarity with FEM (Finite Element Method) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of material properties and their application in transmission components.
