Job description:
1. Geological Exploration: Identifying potential mining, sites through geological surveys, mapping, and analysis. with understanding of geological structures.
2. Resource Assessment: Conducting detailed assessments of mineral deposits to determine their quantity, quality, and economic viability. This involves utilizing geological data, drilling results, and other exploration findings to estimate the value and feasibility of extraction.
3. Operational Planning: Developing strategic plans for mining operations, Bench Development and production targets.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Permitting: Ensuring compliances with the MCDR 2017 (Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017), Mineral & Evidence of Mineral Contents) Rules 2015 and MCR 2016 (Mineral Concession Rules, 2016)
5. Mine Planning and Design: Preparation of Mining Plan, Development plans and Mine design that optimizes the extraction of mineral resources while minimizing costs and environmental impact.
6. Long term Mining Plan: Resource assessment to environmental considerations, with sustainable approach to mineral extraction, cost-effective mining, and the utilization of 100% of resources. Integration of modern technology and digitization further enhances our operations.
7. New Inventory: Studying the new mining lease area for different commodities as part of the feasibility study, which includes mining, prospecting, exploration, and assessment of the mineral potential of the concession area.
8. Mineral Processing: This involves the extraction and preparation of minerals from uneconomic minerals and to separate valuable minerals from waste material, ensuring efficient recovery and adherence to industry standards.
9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, costs, safety, and environmental performance. Providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on the status of mining operations and adherence to targets.
10. Exposure in the area of: Identifying opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and technological advancements.
11. Reporting and Communication: Providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on the status of mining projects, including geological findings, mine plans, and performance metrics.
