AGM /GM/Head - Cell Assembly (12-20 yrs)
We are excited to invite experienced professionals to join our Factory Operations team as Head - Cell Assembly, a senior leadership role at the core of our Li-ion cell manufacturing journey.
About the Role
This position leads the cell assembly operations, ensuring process excellence, safety, efficiency, and seamless integration with upstream and downstream manufacturing processes. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable Li-ion cells through operational discipline, innovation, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Li-ion cell assembly line operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for yield enhancement, defect reduction, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and cross-functional teams to implement process and technology advancements
- Ensure high equipment uptime, line efficiency, and adherence to production schedules
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing assembly teams
- Coordinate with supply chain, vendors, and equipment partners to ensure smooth operations
What We- re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
- 12- 18 years of manufacturing experience, with strong exposure to Li-ion cell assembly or advanced manufacturing lines
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of cell assembly processes, equipment, and quality systems
- Data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style.
