Our client is a Reputed FMCG company in Personal Care Products.
Looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in Technology Transfer in Personal Care Product range.
Designation : AGM - Technology Transfer
Location : Kolkata
Desired Profile - BE/BTech - Chemical Engineering with 15+yrs of experience in Technology Transfer, Formulation of personal care products in FMCG Industry.
Purpose of the Role : To lead/head Technology Transfer team for Consumer Care Division.
Job Description/Responsibilities :
- The transition of the product/process/knowledge between R&D and Plant
- Would be leading the Technology Transfer team for Consumer Care Division.
- Responsible for Technology Transfer of all New Developed products or reformulated products designing and documenting formulations from pilot to Scale up.
- Responsible for managing smooth Technology Transfer of products from lab scale to commercial scale at manufacturing facility.
- Evaluation and Selection of Optimal batch sizes for scaling up using scientific scale up techniques as guidance based on manufacturing process and equipment capacities for Registration batches and Launch commercial production
- Preparation and review of Master batch documents, Validation protocols and reports related to submission batches & Process validation
- Re-validation, and perform effective problem solving, resolution and implementation of process improvement in designated day-to-day operations and participate in large scope product/process development and improvement projects.
- Reformulation and cost reduction of existing product for quality improvement and cost competency as per guidance
- As a subject matter expert, leading process & product related deviation investigation, propose CAPA & change controls and Coordination with Regulatory, Production, PPMC, QC, QA and other functions for Technology Transfer activities.
