AGM - Lean Manufacturing (13-15 yrs)
We are seeking a seasoned Lean Management Leader with over 12+ years of experience to spearhead our enterprise-wide lean transformation. This strategic role is responsible for embedding a continuous improvement culture, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable business value through lean methodologies.
Graduate + Six Sigma Master Black Belt + Any relevant certification
Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Strategic Leadership of Lean Initiatives:
Define and execute the lean transformation roadmap across all business units, aligning with corporate strategy and performance goals.
b) Enterprise-Wide Lean Deployment:
- Lead the implementation of lean systems and tools (e.g., TPM, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Just-in-Time) across operations, supply chain, and support functions.
c) Cultural Transformation and Change Management:
- Drive mindset change and develop a continuous improvement culture through strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
d) Capability Building:
- Design and deliver advanced lean training programs for senior leaders and operational teams; mentor internal lean champions and CI teams.
e) Performance Management and Value Delivery:
- Establish KPIs to track improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery; ensure lean projects deliver measurable financial impact.
f) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with senior leadership, engineering, quality, and IT teams to integrate lean into systems, product development, and digital initiatives
Technical Competencies :
- Lean Methodology Expertise, In-depth knowledge of Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, etc.)
- Ability to design, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Strong skills in data analysis, root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram), and KPIs to drive performance improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional lean projects using structured methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA), with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Process Standardization and Optimization
- Ability to develop and enforce standard work procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
