AGM - New Product Development - Seasoning (10-18 yrs)
Job Summary:
To manage the product development process and so develop new products and improve product, as per market requirements. By maintaining the development process and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new products as per marketing requirements
Develop new products as per customer requirements
Manage test kitchen for R & D and QC
Customer visits for R & D
Demos at customers for new products and existing products
Training internal and external customers on existing and new products
Checking of info on packaging and artwork
Verifying compliance to products as per food legislation
Competitor analysis and comparisons of products
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Development of new products
Improvement of existing products
Training staff in job and develop skills
Training sales staff in products
Presentations to customers
Demos at customers to develop products
