- Responsible for Entire operations including Quality Functions .Lead projects and project teams in the investigation, problem analysis, alternative evaluations and implementation of permanent solutions to chronic issues using Lean/Six Sigma problem solving, engineering principles and data based techniques, including use of Integrated Manufacturing tools.
- Bring World Class/Best In Class techniques, procedures, processes and know-how into plant operations: equipment, facilities, production processes and operator skill technical improvement
- Lean, Six Sigma, green belt /black belt
- Statistical Process Control skills
