Job Description :
- NABL, BIS & ISO records/documentation
- Coordination with BIS and other related departments and maintaining records
- Inspection of Material with Third Party and issue of correct test reports as per PO specifications
- Technical information on Standards & Products
- Internal / Inspection certificate, offer of ready material to customer through marketing department
- Internal inspection of ready material
- Coordination with certification bodies/ Customer audit teams/Supplier audit teams
- Co-ordination with external laboratories for testing of the samples
- Calibration & Up gradation / Maintenance of Lab. Equipment and instruments.
- Technical clarification to marketing department for tenders
- Technical clarification to clients/ customers
- Responsible for documentation and execution required for IMS and customer audits, Maintaining and continually improving IMS implementation level
- Reviewing the context and identifying risks and opportunities associated with relevant department and involve in updating of HIRA, Aspect Impact, SWOT and Risk Library study
- Implementation of work, safety instructions and OCP at work place
