AGM/Senior Manager - Project - New Store Design (9-16 yrs)

We are looking for Senior Manager/AGM for project execution.
Guys who are instrumental in new store designing/Developing, execution till handover to the operations team.
Preparing the store designs in coordination with the design team Coordinating with the procurement team for timely award of works to various vendor agencies Managing the fit-out execution (Civil, MEP & allied works) of the store as per approved quality standards Coordinating with the design team, vendor agencies & mall/owner team for timely completion of the project Verifying vendor bills after satisfactory completion of work
Focused on process improvement and on-time delivery of all projects. Budgeting and forecasting specialist possessing advanced knowledge of Project Management. Preparing Technical specifications scope, Estimates, Targeted billing schedules. Implement Maintenance policies in order to maintain efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with contractors for all Maintenance/Project contracts. Regulate and follow-up all Maintenance work orders
