Responsibilities:

- Setting up and managing our production line for various products

- Develop and implement production processes for efficient product assembly

- Oversee the assembly and testing of PCBs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to optimize production workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production equipment or processes to minimize downtime.

- Train production staff on proper assembly techniques and quality control procedures.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.

- Maintain documentation related to production processes, including work instructions, procedures, and quality records.

- Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering field.

- 0 - 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.

- Proficiency in PCB handling, testing, and assembly techniques.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes, including soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and through-hole assembly.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
