Ajmera Group - Architect (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled Architect with expertise in real estate projects (residential & commercial) to lead planning, design, and execution.
- The role involves conceptualization, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Ensure compliance with DCR, MMRDA, BMC, RERA, and other local by-laws.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
- Oversee design development from concept to execution stage.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design adherence.
- Support project teams with innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and approvals teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D visualization, MS Office, knowledge of DCPR 2034 / local building by-laws, creativity, detailing, project coordination, vendor management.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in real estate (residential & commercial projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of approvals, authority liaisoning, and construction practices.
