Ajmera Group - Engineer - Infrastructure Design (3-8 yrs)
- Ensure execution of infrastructural work as per the guidelines.
- Ensure real time monitoring and completion of work within the contract period
- Responsible for timely completion of following works as per schedule:
- All Infra Structural jobs at site at Bhakti Park Kanjurmarg
- Coordination with various agencies for execution and labour management.
- Additional alterations/expansions jobs at any site as per demand and emergency.
- Execution for land sports academy outdoor/indoor.
- Estimating, costing for all infrastructural items.
- Arrangement of special events/functions/festivals at Bhakti Park throughout the year.
- Responsible for liaisoning with government departments related to property matters.
- Coordinating with BMC/MMRDA/Collector/Police/reliance and other necessary authorities.
- Documentation & Record Maintenance - 20%
- Documentation, correspondence maintaining records of all the property issues.
- Special case documentation of government permission, approvals and renewals.
- Follow ups with agencies providing service to our property.
