Role Summary:

This position is responsible for establishing Audit Management, Complaint Handling and Statistical Process Control for QA and lab operation. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet both Indian and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Management:

- Lay down plan for Annual Audit Calendar

- Audit calendar for Mill Survey

- Form team and communicate to all stakeholders (Internal & External)

- Compliance of Audit within defined timeline with coordination among internal team

- Follow up with stakeholders for compliance of non-conformities identified

Quality Management System:

- Documentation review of Lab operation

- Review the documentation against QMS & FSMS requirements.

- Updating documents as required against GFSI requirement.

- Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, testing, and QMS activities.

Statistical process control (SPC):

- Review and analysis of various reports.

- Establish analysis plan to analyse data using different statistical tools.

- Monthly presentation of SPC reports and lay down action plan to address the challenges.

- Train team for basic analysis methods.

GRC& Supplier Internation:

- Address quality-related concerns from suppliers, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints and queries.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complaints and implement corrective actions (CAPA), documenting results.

- Coordination with key stakeholders for timely resolution and closure of complaints and deviation raised.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Carry analysis of various site quality reports, internal analysis report and present in summarized form

- Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, testing, and QMS activities.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complaints and implement corrective actions (CAPA), documenting results.

- Coordinate inspections and testing with national and international laboratories and internal teams (production, quality, supply chain).

- Compliance of annual audit calendar

- Timely closure of complaints, deviation and NC raised with supplier

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA SOPs and QC procedures across all departments and operations.

- Develop and implement comprehensive food safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry's best practices.

Key Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

- Skilled in implementing QMS and FSMS within organizational frameworks.

- Good analytical skills

- Excellent with MS- Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word etc)

- Exceptional knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) standards such as ISO 9001:2015, as well as Food Safety Management System (FSMS) standards including ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000.

- Skilled in implementing QMS and FSMS within organizational frameworks.

Professional Competencies:

- Good in Drafting communication (letters, email, or various kind of letters)

- Excellent Communication & Presentation

- Go-getter person with a pleasing personality.

- Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
