Hiring Process Operators for Alumina Plant in Chhattisgarh.

Position : Operator - Alumina Process

Department : Production / Process Operations (Alumina)

Salary : Negotiable Based on experience and competency

Qualification & Experience :

- 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical preferred

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Alumina Refinery / Chemical /Process Industry

Process Exposure Required:

- Bauxite digestion

- Clarification & mud settling

- Precipitation & classification

- Calcination / hydrate handling

- Utilities & material handling (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Operations:

- Operate assigned Alumina process units as per SOPs and shift instructions.

- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and concentration.

- Ensure stable and continuous plant operation during the shift.

2. Safety Compliance:

- Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements.

- Immediately report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and near misses.

3. Production Support:

- Assist in achieving shift-wise production targets.

- Identify process abnormalities and inform Shift Incharge promptly.

4. Quality Control:

- Ensure product quality as per defined standards.

- Collect samples and coordinate with lab/QC as instructed.

5. Equipment Handling & Maintenance Support:

- Perform routine checks of equipment, pipelines, pumps, valves, and instruments.

- Assist maintenance teams during breakdowns and shutdowns.

- Follow LOTO procedures during maintenance activities.
