AM/DM - Maintenance (7-9 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of SMT, assembly equipment's and SPM's
- Responsibility for Uptime, MTTR & MTBF as well as no. of breakdowns
- Co ordinate with other departments like Production, Testing for achieving the production plan with right cost
- Training team members (blue collar OJT)
- Implement WCM methodology & manage activity
- Lead and Breakdown analysis
- Achieve Cost of maintenance
Accountability:
- Responsible for handling all Machines & Equipment and maintain good condition.
- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance activity
- Spare Parts Management
- Knowledge about safety and culture
- Manage MTTR and MTBF
