Experience : 8 - 12 yrs
Education : B.E/ B.Tech /Diploma
Responsibilities :
- After receiving Powder coating production plan understand customer requirement- and plan for powder coating process accordingly
- To allot & handle the manpower effectively
- Properly stack & preserve the material to avoid the surface defects and To make available all required material at floor in advance to achieve the target
- Reworks analysis and reduction on daily basis
- Strictly follow the process parameters as per work instructions and record all- data's in log report
- Follow 5s And Safety Norms To Avoid The Accident
- Discipline, Punctuality And Attendance
Requisite Skills :
- Powder coating basic process knowledge, Quality exposure, Manpower handling, 5s & safety
Desired Skills :
- Industry process & quality knowledge, Manpower handling,5s & Safety, Basic degree qualification, Communication skill, Team Work, adaptability and accountability in job
