AM/DM - Power Engineering/Electronics Design (5-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop, debug and test analog and digital power electronic circuits
- Design and selection of components like magnetics, FETs, IGBTs, SCRs, ICs, micro-controllers etc.
- Simulate the design, create schematics/board layout and prepare functional prototype
- Carry out validation and reliability testing of components and circuit
- Formulate SOPs and carry out tests as per standard
- Come up with new ideas and innovations which can solve consumer pain points
- Maintain test records, analyze and share observation/suggestions with the relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate suppliers on the required parameters
- Gracefully adjust to meet changing circumstances such as reorganizations, reassignment of project priority, changes in strategic direction, and customer needs
- Handle ambiguity in problem definition, have a good handle on business value and have the initiative to shape problems and projects so that they deliver maximum impact
