Designation : AM / DM - Production Coordinator
Location : Bharuch
Job Requirements :
BE/ B.Tech - chemical engineering + Supply Chain Course (Added Advantage) with min. 6 years of experience from Chemical Industry.
Job Purpose : To plan and supervise the production, maintain production schedules, and handle a variety of other tasks that ensure smooth running of the plant
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure monthly production planning along with HO supply chain
- Plan day to day plant wise planning of raw materials, product changeovers to meet monthly targets
- Coordinate day to day dispatches
- In case of potential deviations of day production plan, escalate to responsible authorities,
- Coordinate with plant managers, suppliers and logistic team to optimize production loss and dispatch defaults
- Generate daily/monthly production reports and circulate to appropriate authorities
- Inventory management of RM, inprocess, FG, PM, Age analysis, escalate and take necessary corrective actions to minimize slow/ dead inventories
- Monitor and work towards improving OTIF
