AM/DM - Utility (7-9 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Utilities like DG Set, Compressor, Fire Hydrants, Chiller and forklift
- Responsibility for Uptime, MTTR & MTBF as well as no. of breakdowns
- Co ordinate with other departments like Maintenance, production and Mfg. Engineering
- Upkeep of facility building and ancillary areas
- Implement WCM methodology
- Achieve Budget like fuel, spares etc.
- Liaison with JV partner, Govt. agency
- Participate in EMS and related environment audits

- Development of team
- Govt. Liaison
Accountability:
- Responsible for handling all Utilities and Facilities
- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance activity
- Liaison with suppliers and govt. agencies
- Knowledge about safety and culture
