AM/DM - Vehicle/Chassis Testing (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Prepare field test DOE requirements definition
- Administration and troubleshooting of fleet test running, Driver management and execution coordination.
- Data handling from various instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Prepare vehicle testing check lists and perform testing and validation
- Prepare and share validation reports
- Perform data analysis using tools such as Microsoft XL, Matlab scripts etc.
- Work with control strategy development and vehicle calibration team to modify system requirements, control logic or calibration.
Technical/ Functional :
- Good knowledge of vehicle powertrain systems.
- Vehicle instrumentation using offline or online data logger and sensors such as vector GL100, Intrepid loggers etc.
- Prior experience in engine/vehicle calibration validation for FE, Emissions & performance.
- Experience on usage of Chassis Dyno for testing, test track and on road.
- Prior experience in vehicle calibration tools such as INCA or equivalent is required.
- Frequent travelling and coordination between test locations
Desirable :
- Experience in ISS/HEV system calibration validation would be desirable.
- Hands on exposure of Matlab/Simulink or equivalent
