Job Description

Job duties:-
1. Product Function knowledge
2. Knowledge on production preparation plan(PPC/line balancing/time study for capacity planning
3. Process Planning
4. Knowledge on Toyota production system/tools
5. Knowledge of manufacturing / procurement / Vendor development
6. Process preparation / documentation of PFC/control plan/PFMEA/FMEA etc.
7. Maintenance and process improvement/improvement to increase the productivity
8. QA network knowledge (QA mint set) & quality control knowledge
9. New die/jig/fixture development knowledge of GDST
10. New product development
11. Design process analysis change drawing as per process improvement/ design modification to make easier process/ process design/preparation of work instructions/control plan
12. Coordination with vendor for timely development of tools, jig & fixture
13. Knowledge of Japanese system (5S/kaizen/TS/ISO/3M/3G/Poka yoke/TPS/QC/CFT
14. Coordinator with training department to provide the training to associates for smoothly operation.
15. Knowledge of PLC programming, trouble shooting, pneumatic circuits, Basis sensors& Automation.
Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 7,50,000 P.A.
